What you get

Team + benefits

01Mentorship

Pair programming from day one

Every new hire gets a paired mentor for their first 90 days. Weekly 1-on-1s, code reviews together, and a clear ramp plan we ship with you.

02Growth

A real career ladder

Five clearly-defined levels with specific bars and behavioural anchors. Promotion happens when you hit the bar, not when a slot opens up.

03Stability

Pay above market, equity for everyone

Base + meaningful equity. Cash bonus tied to platform-wide outcomes (pact retention, coach NPS), not to individual sales metrics.

04Mission

Own discipline at scale

A million members building habits that compound. You're not a seat in a Jira backlog — every blueprint, every coach, every line of code shapes the platform.

05Health

Premium health insurance

Full medical, dental, and mental-health coverage from day one. Coverage extends to dependents and partners.

06Learning

$2,000 learning budget per year

Books, courses, conferences, certifications — your call. We pay, you pick.

07Platform

Lifetime Axulox membership

Free unlimited access to every blueprint, every coach 1-on-1, every cohort — for you and your immediate family.

08Bonus

Tied to team outcomes

Quarterly bonus pool funded by platform-wide metrics — pact retention, coach NPS, member growth. Everyone rows in the same boat.

09Time off

Unlimited PTO with a 4-week floor

Take what you need; we require at least four weeks. Two company-wide shutdowns each year guarantee everyone unplugs.

10Schedule

Async-first, flexible hours

Two hours of overlap with your team, the rest is async. No standups for the sake of standups.

11Library

Books on us

Order any book on the company account. Build your own library; lend to teammates; review what you finish.

12Life

Support for the moments that matter

Parental leave, bereavement, marriage, illness — we show up generously when life happens, no policy-lawyering.

FAQ

What candidates usually ask

01What does the interview look like?
A 15-minute intro call with the hiring manager, a 45-minute technical conversation with the team you'd join, and for senior+ roles a final values-and-direction chat with a founder.
02How long until I hear back?
Within 3 business days. If the role is still open we always reply; if it's already filled we send a note so you're not left guessing.
03Can I switch teams once I've joined?
Yes. Internal transfers are common. After 12 months in your starting role, any open role is fair game — talk to your manager and apply.
04What about learning and development?
$2,000/year learning budget for books, courses, conferences. Quarterly internal tech talks. Clear ladder with behavioural anchors so you always know what's next.
