Built the first internal blueprint in 2024
I built the first blueprint because every habit app I'd tried treated discipline like a streak counter. The thing that actually keeps me showing up is the four people in my circle who'd notice if I didn't.
Today Axulox is 5,000+ blueprints, 250+ coaches, and 1,200+ active circles. Product decisions still get made against one criterion: would we recommend it to the people in our own circle?

How we got here
- 2024
The first blueprint
Founder builds the first internal blueprint for himself — a 12-week strength + sleep + journaling stack — and runs it solo for six months. The streak holds.
- 2025
First pact circle
Five friends commit to the same blueprint with peer accountability. The circle becomes the core unit of the platform. Pacts beat habits — every time.

The name
Axulox — a play on "axiom" and "lux", the unstated rule and the light it casts. The brand red, the warm-neutral type, the liquid-glass surfaces all land in one weekend.

Public beta
Blueprints catalog opens to the first 500 invited members. Coach matchmaking goes live. Reputation ledger ships with the first leaderboards.

First 50 vetted coaches join — strength, performance, family, generalist. Async cohorts and 1-on-1 booking ship the same week.

Coaches earn the badge once
Every coach passes a vetting process — credential check, sample blueprint review, trial cohort. The badge stays as long as their pact-retention stays above the network median. No grandfathering.

Discipline is a team sport
The platform's core unit is the circle, not the user. Pacts compound when peers see them. We optimise for retention of the circle, not engagement of the individual.
